Enterprise UAS will host a DJI Public Safety UAV event at Rio Lindo Adventist Academy in Healdsburg, CA from June 12 – June 13. Local law enforcement departments, fire departments, search and rescue teams amongst other public safety officials from the Northern California area will attend at no cost and receive extensive hands-on instruction.
In response to growing interest and inquiry on training from the public safety community, Enterprise UAS hosted its first educational event this past February at ToolBox LA in Chatsworth, California. In light of its incredible success and popular demand, Enterprise UAS made the decision to organize a second event up North to continue spreading accessible and professional UAV training and education to more public safety officials.
The DJI Public Safety UAV Training Event in Northern California event program includes:
- “SWAT Hotel Scenario” simulation training featuring a DJI Zenmuse Z30 zoom camera and XT2 thermal camera in a realistic setting
- “Indoor Flying Practice” and obstacle course with attendee fly time
- “Search and Rescue Grid Search” simulation training featuring the Matrice 210+XT2+Z30 and the Mavic 2 Enterprise Dual
- “Mavic 2 Enterprise” hardware and software capabilities review with attendee fly time
- And much more!
“It’s incredible to see how many recognize how beneficial this technology is in their respective fields” says Sam Nam, Co-Founder of Enterprise UAS. “There is a real need for providing quality training and making it accessible for the officials committed to protecting our communities.”
Event sponsors include: Romeo Durscher, Rob Clark and Michael Montoya of DJI; Randall Warnas and Brett Kanda of FLIR sUAS; Rick Bohlman of GoProfessional Cases.
