DJI and Datumate Launch Designated Site Survey Solution Bundles for Field Construction, Surveying and Infrastructure Inspection Markets

The bundles feature a new Phantom 4 Pro Drone and extended Datumate photogrammetry suite for wider application range and further improved productivity

DJI and Datumate launch an upgraded Site Survey Solution bundles with industry-specific capabilities for Field Construction, Surveying and Cellular Infrastructure companies worldwide. The new bundles feature DJI’s new Phantom 4 Pro drone, Datumate’s DatuFly™ mission planning app for drones, as well as one of Datumate software solutions: DatuSurvey™ Enterprise, DatuSurvey™ Professional or DatuSite™ – tailored to address the range of professional needs.

The DJI’s new Phantom 4 Pro features a 20-megapixel camera with a mechanical shutter and a prolonged flight time will enable larger surveying area coverage, generation of even higher precision maps and models for enhanced surveying and inspection.

Datumate’s professional photogrammetry solutions dramatically reduce Field-to-Plan duration, increase productivity and save operational costs while maintaining a high level of accuracy. The solutions consist with DatuFly™ app which generates a flight and image-taking plan for DJI drones and Datumate’s photogrammetry software that converts aerial and ground images to high-precision, geo-referenced 2D maps and 3D models with detailed site visualization and analytics.

Site Survey Solution bundles now include all Datumate’s solutions:

  • DatuSurvey™ Enterprise – Aimed at advanced Surveyors and Inspection projects, requiring survey grade accuracy with additional capabilities of generating Ortho-photo images and working with Dense Point Clouds.
  • DatuSurvey™ Professional (formerly DatuGram™3D) – A Surveyors targeted software that converts aerial and ground images to a high-precision, geo-referenced 2D maps, and 3D models.
  • DatuSite™ – Geared towards Field Construction (Stockpiles volume calculations in the field, Infrastructure Inspection work progress, As-Built progress, etc.), Architects (Facades renovation), Inspectors and other users who need to generate 3D models.
